Mindfulness and Meditation Mentorship

A series of six sessions where we will explore Mindfulness and Meditation to deepen your understanding of the practice. Together we will tailor the experience to align with your personal values and goals, and take action steps to create an attainable and personalized practice. This mentorship plan will support you in approaching daily life with awareness and compassion. Sessions may include breathing techniques, guided visualization and meditations, mantra, intention setting, and general tools and strategies for well-being.
